Vince Cordero

Vince Cordero has been in the construction industry for almost 30 years. He first started as a carpentry apprentice in 1978, he worked mainly on commercial projects, from high rises to hospitals and schools. He operated his own business for many of the past 30 years, and moved to Florida in 2002 with his wife of 41 years, Laura. Vince and Laura have three children and three grandchildren.

Vince truly believes in the ARXX system and is convinced that it delivers the promise of superior level construction, energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ignacio Zapata

Ignacio Zapata has been in the construction industry for 26 years, specializing in commercial industry, residential homes and custom residential. He has owned and operated his own business since 1990. Ignacio moved to Florida in 1992 with his wife, Angelica, of 12 years. They are the proud parents of seven children and one granddaughter.

Ignacio is convinced that the Arxx method is the best on the market for quality construction, while it allows home builders to serve the community by building homes that conserve energy, protect and provide comfort to the homeowner.
